Together For Victory, 's on a whole different level of failure. Art of War and El Dorado for EUIV added some really great stuff to the campaign for nations that weren't in Europe. Messaggio originale di Metal Izanagi:Reaper's Due for CKII was pretty damn good.
#MOST RECENT HEARTS OF IRON 4 DLC MOD#
Fallout mod anyone? It is much more fun to unite Postapocalyptic Wastelands as NCR or Enclave than face the amazingly dumb AI of HoI 4. I'd rather play modded Hearts of Iron 2 on steroids (Darkest Hour) than HoI 4. This is excellent - the rest of it, not worth it. This is a great thing and there are a lot of tough decisions - should I produce more Panzer IV's or wait a long time until better models will be produced in decent amounts. There is only one feature in this entire game that I like - equipment production. In HoI 4 they had to simplify nearly everything - no corps, no division generals, no air units, ridiculous trade (you have to let another player use your factories to trade with him instead of paying money or resources? Seriously?!). Surely, it looks quite nice, but there's nothing much there. It is bland and forgettable, there is nothing there that was mastered, really innovative or downright inspired. Hearts of Iron 4 really reminds me of Stellaris, which is another game that is really bland compared to other 4X games out there - from the hardcore ones like Aurora (which is completely free) and Distant Worlds to more casual like Galactic Civilizations. Lend-lease? Puppets? Seriously? Things that really should have been there from day one are sold to us for 15$ Even Paradox makes us pay for features that really should have been included from day one. Well, I guess that this is a sign of our times.
